Welcome to Edge Trader VPS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting Services. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

1.1 Service Provision
We provide VPS hosting, cloud computing, and related services to individuals and businesses under various service plans.

1.2 Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account, provide accurate personal and billing information, and keep your details up to date.

1.3 Service Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue services with reasonable prior notice, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

2.1 Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for:

• • Illegal Activities: Hosting, storing, or distributing unlawful content (e.g., hacking, fraud, piracy).
  • Spam & Phishing: Sending unsolicited emails, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Malicious Content: Running malware, viruses, or DDoS attacks.
  • Resource Abuse: Excessive CPU, memory, or network usage impacting other clients.

2.2 Violation Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in:

• • Immediate suspension or termination without refund.
  • Legal action if the violation is severe.

3.1 Pricing & Fees
All pricing is listed on our website. Fees are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the selected plan. All payments to Edge Trader VPS are non-refundable.

3.2 Payment Methods

3.3 Auto-Renewal & Cancellations

• • Services auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.
  • You can cancel anytime via your account portal.
  • No refunds are issued for prepaid services, except where required by law.

3.4 Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks are considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate service termination. If you have a billing issue, please contact support before filing a dispute.

4.1 Termination by Client

• • You may terminate your account at any time via the control panel.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services.

4.2 Termination by Provider
We may suspend or terminate your services if:

• • You violate these Terms of Service.
  • You fail to pay outstanding invoices.
  • We detect fraudulent activity associated with your account.

4.3 Data Deletion Policy
Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted after 4 days. You are responsible for backing up your data.

Edge Trader VPS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
